We decided to get Hayd a motorcycle, since he has been asking for a really long
time for one and we happen to come across a great deal. Johnny of course gave
him the low down of how to ride, and held him up.
We still need to get some training wheels and the pin for the throttle (so he can't go fast). He really loved it and rode it several times.

The next Need For Speed generation!!
How fun! Way to be brave! I would be freaking out!
Well, I can second that also! I always, however, took heart from Janeil calling the potential for a growing-up injury, a "Badge of Courage." If it weren't for Scouts and his bikes, Grant would have in the interests of safety, had a very dull life forced upon him by his parents, and would have ended up way more nerdy than he already is. :) You know, the "garage door is down" theory of so-called proper parenting, if you get my drift. :) I'm thinking Janeil must have got that label from reading The Red Badge of Courage, about boys going off to war. I do concur though that the throttle pin is an instant must!
Fun! I bet he loves that!
luuckeeyy.
That is great! I can't believe he is big enough to ride a little moto!
